QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

More about ZafeMessenger.

Where is the data stored?

ZafeMessenger is presented as a platform running on your organisation’s own infrastructure. The exact location, backups, retention, and operating responsibilities depend on the deployment. The product itself does not imply hosting in Iceland.

Can people outside the organisation join?

The manufacturer describes inviting external users. Their authentication, permissions, device requirements, and licensing need to be included in the evaluation.

Is this a new ZafeMessenger interface?

No. This website introduces the product and explains its concepts. The illustrations are not screenshots. A demonstration of the actual interface and user testing should be part of your evaluation.

How do we start?

Choose one focused use case and review the users, infrastructure, and retention requirements. That provides a basis for discussing a demonstration, technical requirements, and next steps with the manufacturer.

Let’s discuss your environment and what needs testing.
