02 / The enquiry form
Details entered in the form are used in your browser to prepare an email draft or copyable text. The website does not submit the form to a server, save it in browser storage, or send an email automatically.
When you choose to open an email draft, the enquiry content is passed to your email app. If you send it, the information reaches Kastro through ordinary email and is used to respond and manage related correspondence. Do not include passwords or sensitive system information.
About email correspondence
When you send an enquiry, Kastro uses the information to respond to your request. Kastro’s general privacy policy describes email handling, rights, and retention. It specifies 12 months for enquiries unless earlier deletion is requested. Read Kastro’s policy
03 / Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted on infrastructure controlled by Kastro and connections pass through Cloudflare. Technical details such as IP address, request time, URL, and browser information are processed to deliver the site and support operations and security. This website’s web server does not keep an access log; infrastructure providers may process their own operational and security information.
The hosting of this introduction website does not determine where data would reside in a Zafehouze product deployment.
04 / Cookies and measurement
The website does not add cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Fonts and design assets are served from the website itself. Language selection follows the URL and is not saved in browser storage.
05 / External links and your rights
Links to Zafehouze and other sites lead to websites with their own terms and privacy information. This website does not pass your form details to them.
